For doctors

Registration and use are free. Your name, institution and contact details are shared with a hospital only after you request an interview with it. You confirm that the documents you upload are genuine.

For hospitals

Registration, role posting and bidding are free. Bid amounts are visible to every bidder on that doctor; your hospital's identity is not shown to other bidders.

Success fee. When a doctor you met through ConsultBid joins your hospital, you pay a success fee equal to the percentage of the doctor's first-year fixed pay set on the platform at the time of joining. The invoice is raised on the joining date.

Replacement guarantee. If the doctor leaves within 90 days of joining, we find a replacement at no further fee.

No bypass. If you hire, directly or through anyone else, a doctor you were introduced to on ConsultBid within 12 months of the introduction, the success fee applies.

Accurate infrastructure. Your role checklist must reflect what exists or is planned with a real date. If a doctor finds after joining that listed infrastructure was misrepresented, the fee is waived and your account may be suspended.

Interviews. Interviews are scheduled and hosted by ConsultBid on Zoom and may be recorded with both parties' consent.
